Invoicify is an online invoice management platform operated by Bit Quantum Pty Limited (ABN 18 669 538 238) ("we", "us", "our"). Our service allows Australian businesses and freelancers to create, manage and send professional invoices.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. By using Invoicify, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Invoicify offers the following plans:
| Plan | Price | Invoices / month | Features |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 5 | PDF generation, email sending & tracking, GST calculation, client management |
| Pro | $8.99/month or $89.99/year | Unlimited | Everything in Free + AI-powered line items, online payment collection via Stripe, automated reminders |
Features marked as "coming soon" on the pricing page are planned and not yet available. You will not be charged for features that are not yet delivered.
If you subscribe to Pro through the Invoicify iOS or Android app, pricing is set by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store respectively and may differ slightly from web pricing due to each platform's pricing tiers. The exact price is always shown to you by Apple or Google before you confirm purchase.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorise us (or, for iOS app subscriptions, Apple) to charge your nominated payment method on each billing cycle.
Web subscriptions are billed and processed securely by Stripe.
iOS app subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple ID, using Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. We use RevenueCat to verify and manage your subscription status across devices; RevenueCat and Apple do not share your payment card details with us. Apple's own Media Services Terms and Conditions also apply to purchases made through the App Store.
Invoicify allows you to connect a Stripe Express account so your clients can pay invoices online. This feature is available on the Pro plan and is powered by Stripe (stripe.com).
You may disconnect your Stripe account from Invoicify at any time via your profile settings. Disconnecting does not affect existing transactions processed through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error on a web subscription, contact us at support@invoicify.com.au within 14 days. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with their own refund policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
If you use Invoicify to create NDIS invoices, you are solely responsible for ensuring each invoice complies with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and, where applicable, that the GST treatment of any support item is correct — including confirming the participant has a current NDIS plan, a valid written service agreement is in place, and the support falls within the categories set out in the GST-free Supply (NDIS Supports) Determination. Invoicify's default GST-free labelling for NDIS support items is provided as a convenience only and is not a substitute for your own compliance check.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create in Invoicify — your invoices, client information and company details are yours. By using our service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Invoicify name, logo, application code and all associated content are owned by Bit Quantum Pty Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property other than the right to use the service as described.
Invoicify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Invoicify is not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice.
Where Invoicify labels a support item or invoice as GST-free, this reflects a default or provider-entered setting in our system, not an independent determination by us. It does not constitute tax advice and is not a guarantee of compliance with the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 or any related determination. You remain responsible for verifying the correct GST treatment of every invoice you issue.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Bit Quantum Pty Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of Invoicify, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you an opportunity to export it.
